Florence

Hey guys,

it's been a month now that I left for Florence, but I've been really busy during the Holidays, which are half gone already. I had a visitor from NZ which was great and especially to speak English again for a while.
After that I had an Operation on my wrist and couldn't write for a while....
During that time I was busy Meeting my friends and enjoying the sun.

But now to my class trip to Florence:
first of all our busdriver overslept so we had to take four Taxis to the Airport near Hamburg (we waited 2 hours for the Organisation to call them...).
We arrived in Pisa about midday and a bus picked us up and drove us to the hostel Close to the City centre of Florence.

Our hostel, Plus Florence, was great. we had big rooms, a pool, a terrace and an upper terrace for sunbathing. The breakfast was a lot and the Location was quite nice.

May and June

Hey guys :)

I'm sorry that I haven't written for so long.... school kept me really busy.
Only 2 more days and then I'm finished with all my classes. I finish school next week Wednesday and until then I'll enjoy my time in Florence, Italy.

I'll be in Florence from Wednesday until next Monday, with my art class. I'm really excited because I love travelling and it means that the holidays are close.
Will do an extra post about my time in Florence when I'm back, but I hope we'll have good weather (like the weatherforecast says... 25-30°C) for good photos.

I'll just pop up the photos of the last month ;)

 

One day baby we'll be old...

and then we'll (I will) have money :D

and the I can travel the world!!!!! And get my own flat and start decorating everything.... I'm already so excited for the future :D

Oreo Cupcakes

Today I'll show you a really yummy recipe for Oreo Cupcakes ;)

Oreo –Cup Cakes

Ingredients:

12 Oreo cookies
3 Egg white
1 Prise Salt
130g Sugar
1 Pack Vanilla sugar
3 Egg yolk
150g Butter
120g Flour
2 EL Cocoa
1 TL Backing powder
100g Chocolate, dark, chopped
6 EL Milk
30g Icing sugar
200g Cream cheese
1 Cup cream
Paper moulds for the cup cakes

Preparation:

Pre-heat the oven on 180°C, upper/ lower heat. Separate the 12 Oreo cookies by turning and put the white cream with a spoon in a bowl. Break the black cookie halves into small pieces and spare 3Tsp for the topping.

Fort he dough, whisk the egg white stiff together with the salt on high stage. Continue whisking for 2 minutes while slowly pouring in the sugar and vanilla sugar.

Whisk the egg yolk and the butter in a bowl until it’s foamy. Add the chopped chocolate and the crushed cookie pieces. Mix the flour with cocoa and backing powder. Fold the flour mixture and the milk by turns under the butter mixture. Stir in the beaten egg whites shortly.

Line the (muffin) backing tray with the paper moulds and fill in the dough. Bake on the middle rack for 25 minutes at 180°C. After the baking take the cupcakes from the tray and let them cool down.

For the cream topping, whisk the cream cheese with the icing sugar and the white (cream) part from the cookies. Whisk the cream until its stiff and fold it under the rest of the mixture.

Now fill the mixture in a piping bag and decorate the cup cakes. In the end sprinkle the rest of the cookie crumbs on top and you are finished.
